9th ANNUAL MUSICFEST IN SUGAR GROVE

The annual music festival in Sugar Grove has turned into a two-day extravaganza of the best that bluegrass has to offer. Entertainers range from local and regional to nationally acclaimed acts. The festival, held on the grounds of the historic Cove Creek School in Sugar Grove, also features plenty of good food and local crafts and vendors.

While at the festival, visit the Doc & Merle Watson Mountain Folk Art Museum located in the historic Cove Creek School (built during the depression by local stonemasons). Inside the museum you'll find photographs and other memorabilia from Watson's career.

The MusicFest in Sugar Grove is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, July 14 & 15. Tickets are available at the Mast General Store.
