As a cultural events center for the town of Spruce Pine, NC visitors and the community can enjoy performances and events year-round. Home of the Carolina Barn Dance, broadcasted live throughout the US in the 40's and 50's, the Carolina Theatre hosts a series of fundraising events to restore the theatre to its original splendor.
